Sasken Communication Technologies Third Quarter FY 12 Conference Call on 1st February 2012

Bangalore, February 2012: Sasken Communication Technologies Limited [BSE: 532663 | NSE: SASKEN] will organize a conference call for investors and analysts at 1100 am IST on Wednesday, 1st February 2012 to discuss the financial performance of the company for the third quarter ended 31 December 2011. Mr. Rajiv C Mody – Chairman and CEO, along with other senior management team members will represent Sasken on the call.

The conference call on 1st February 2012 will follow Sasken’s Board meeting on 28 January 2012 and the subsequent announcement of the Company’s financial results for the third quarter.

The financial results, along with a presentation and the metrics sheet, will be available on the corporate website www.sasken.com by 28 January 2012.
