Sasken Communication Technologies to announce
fourth quarter FY 2009 results (provisional) in June
Bangalore, 28th Apr, 2008 – Sasken Communication Technologies Limited [BSE: 532663 | NSE: SASKEN] will announce its fourth quarter results (provisional) in June 2009.
Sasken proposes to submit audited financial results for the entire financial year ended 31st March 2009 within three months of the end of the financial year, i.e., on or before 30th June 2009, as required under clause 41 of the listing agreement.
Sasken have filed a petition in the High Court of Karnataka under Sec 391/394 of the Companies Act, 1956 seeking its approval for a Scheme of Arrangement. The petition has been posted for hearing on 29th May 2009. The decision of the High Court on the company’s petition will have a bearing on the results for the year ended 31st March 2009.
