"People First" has been Sasken's clarion call since its inception. Sasken People policies are unique and well known as the best in the industry. Hari, in his current role at Sasken, is responsible for charting out and executing organizational initiatives in People functions.

Hari comes with a background that is multi-faceted. A Masters in Electrical Engineering, he also has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
