Neeta heads the Finance, HR and Business Operations at Sasken. She has been heading the Finance function at Sasken since April 1995. Her mandate includes driving the organization to match world standards in accounting processes and disclosures. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification; she worked with Microland before joining Sasken. She also participated in a Leadership Development Program at Harvard University.

She has been instrumental in bringing processes and discipline into Financial Disclosures and it is because of her that Sasken is one of the few companies whose accounts are reported in compliance with US GAAP for the last 5 years. Indeed, the highly successful IPO, a watershed moment in Saskens history, has been the result of Neeta and her teams focused and tireless efforts in this regard.

Neeta was awarded the "CFO of the year 2005" in the SME category by IMA India, a sister concern of the Economist Magazine.
