As we mentioned earlier, employees are the centre of all that we do and so, keeping them engaged is high up on our priority list. We have an exclusive team of employee engagement experts here at Sasken who are focused on creating and executing initiatives to keep employee satisfaction levels at their highest; whether it is bringing in the fun element to work from time to time or building and sustaining leadership connect and recognition in the organization.
In short, the employee engagement team pushes towards becoming (and remaining) an ‘employer of choice’, an integral part of our Vision Statement. In this endeavour, our team considers various factors while looking to engage employees, such as:
A few of the more popular modes of engagement are explained below:
We love that our employees have fun at work. We have a dedicated team that makes sure there is a constant air of fun lingering in our premises. Our celebrations reach out to families and attempt to build an emotional connect by providing unique experiences to Sasians and their family.
Internal fun events such as Jamboree and Prakruti Mela too are not to be missed. We have a dedicated team just to take care that the fun element of Sasken remains a constant feature! Once you are with us, don’t be surprised if you see a fair taking place within the premise or if you see a cricket star coming into office to tell you about the ‘making of a champion’.
Jamboree Link: Jamboree is Sasken’s year Mega Event filled with Fun, Fairness & Fierce competition.
An Employee Engagement initiative, Jamboree aims to improve the EMOTIONAL GLUE that connects Sasians across sites and facilities.
