The European Fast Rail Service, better known as TGV helps people across the European cities reach their destinations fast. At 300 km/hr. Daily commuters use their time on the TGV to make calls and revert to emails. However, a leading European network provider faced customer complaints regarding bad coverage and frequent call drops. It was essential for this network provider fix this issue at the earliest, lest it loses valuable customers. They came to us. Our engineers rose to the challenge and fixed the problem in no time.

When one is watching a video on a surveillance monitor, it is a result of a process which includes, encoding, decoding and various other steps. One of the top players in the market, looking to develop a high-end network video recorder with special multimedia capabilities touched base with Sasken talent many quarters ago. We licensed our IP to them, besides providing custom enhancements and support throughout the development process until product launch.
What is great about this story is that our team successfully brought the network video recorder to market faster than anticipated. Also, our offshore team provided flexibility to the customer in terms of scaling the team in order to resolving issues.

They went to one of our customers. Sasken engineers diligently delivered the cell broadcast solution for the customer with admirable precision, having taken full responsibility of it – from design, interoperability testing to deployment. How does the cell broadcast solution work? In case of an emergency situation, all it requires is for the operators to send out the crucial message to the entire population via a code. In a fraction of a second, millions of people will receive it and will be able to act accordingly.
