Sasken announces name change of its Finnish subsidiary from Botnia Hightech Oy to Sasken Finland Oy

Change reflects alignment of identity and reinforces the company's focus on being global service provider for the communications industry

Kaustinen, April 2nd: Sasken Communication Technologies Limited, a leading player in communication software solutions, announced today that the name of its Finnish subsidiary would be changed from Botnia Hightech Oy to Sasken Finland Oy effective from April 2 nd 2007.

Sasken had completed the process of acquiring Botnia Hightech Oy, Finland on August 31 st, 2006 and since September 1 st 2006 the alignment has been progressing as per plan. Sasken Finland includes subsidiaries Botnia Hardware Oy and Ionific Oy, which are being merged with the parent.
