Pre & Post Silicon Validation
Sasken has extensively worked on various Emulators / platform like Virtio, QuickTurn, Palladium and the like. Sasken helps the customer in validating various Peripheral drivers, OS & Kernel, Audio / Video applications and other components. While the customer delivers the RTL files, Sasken takes care of all the Testing & Validation activities. We have worked on platforms, such as DSP based Multimedia System for Consumer Applications, ARM based Systems for Communication / Mobile Applications.

Operating System Porting
Sasken has the expertise to work on various aspects of Linux-based Embedded projects. The experience ranges from porting Embedded Linux to target RISC + DSP based platforms to Driver development, Version migration and Pre/Post Silicon Validation of Linux based platforms. Sasken has also worked on WinCE based projects for developing Baseports, Driver Development and Test Automation toolkits.
Sasken is a certified Symbian Competency Centre and is also a Platinum Partner. The partnership with Symbian allows Sasken to work with various Silicon chipset vendors in enabling their platforms and help them in providing platform capability. Device Drivers & Board Support Packages
Sasken is involved in development and testing of device driver for a physical or logical device. Sasken has extensive experience of working on Operating Systems, such as WinCE(5.0), Linux(2.6x), uClinux, Symbian, required for devices targeted at Consumer Electronics and Mobile Systems.
Sasken has also developed drivers for peripherals such has USB, USB OTG, Bluetooth, NAND and NOR flash, MMC/SD, Ethernet, Audio and Video. We have even worked on various Target platforms (SOCs, DSP, RISC) which include ARM9, ARM11 and custom DSP+ARM platforms.
