At Sasken, Divyanshu Kumar serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), leading Global Sales and Marketing functions. He carries P&L and revenue growth responsibility and collaborates closely with Delivery, CTO, and HR heads to address our customers’ present and future strategic needs.
Divyanshu’s 23-year career includes leading high-performing sales teams, winning strategic deals, and key account growth at renowned IT and Engineering R&D firms like Cognizant (CTSH), Cyient, and Grid Dynamics (GDYN).
Passionate about customer success, he prioritizes understanding clients’ business needs, building trust, and enabling win-win scenarios for clients and partners. He is a strategic thinker, believes in continuous learning, uses data driven approaches, and has redefined the GTM strategy for the company.
Divyanshu holds an engineering degree and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), with an exchange program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. An avid sports lover, he achieved state rankings in Tennis in both India and the USA. Divyanshu and his wife, Priya, reside in Texas with their high-schooler children, Ananya and Piyush.
