Yes, signing a Service Agreement is mandatory for all fresh graduates at Sasken. At Sasken, the contract period is for 3 years and carries a value of INR 5 Lakhs which means that if you wish to terminate the contract before completing 3 years, then you will have to pay the value of the agreement to Sasken.
