At Sasken, Girish BVS, is the Chief Technology Officer. He has been an integral part of Sasken for more than two decades. He has been part of many firsts in Sasken such as GSM/GPRS Protocol Stack IP development and integration with client platforms and productization.
He played a pivotal role for Sasken’s entry into Satellite space and winning a strategic satellite handheld terminal development opportunity and setting up Satellite portfolio. He also successfully led the Satellite Protocol Stack and Layer-1 development, managed product requirements, and regulatory certifications for the first version of a revolutionary handset.
Girish has also contributed in portfolio management and business management and was instrumental in growing our business in rugged devices and enabling new businesses.
In his recent roles, Girish has been part of the R&D team, focusing on Computer Vision, Internet of Things, Security, Blockchain, and Digital areas and has obtained multiple US Patent grants.
