Our work with the customer involves technologies such as LTE TDD, FDD, QA, massive MIMO, and O-RAN (Open Radio Access Network). The scope of the project covers development of features, integration, system verification, and support.
When the lockdown was announced, we knew there might be challenges towards ensuring an effective work-life balance, especially considering the deliverables already committed towards the customer. I am glad to say that our team tackled these odds valiantly.
We had virtual all-hands sync-ups daily, which ensured clarity in understanding and managing any concerns of all team members while reviewing work and overall productivity. Multiple means of communication were used to stay in touch with the team, customers, and other stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of all our customer commitments. During this lock-down period, we also had our O-RAN kick-off meeting with the customer, formed a team, and commenced working on the project.
The IT and Facility Management teams ensured our smooth transition to WFH while the recruitment and delivery teams provided constant support.
