The global data visualization market is growing at a rate of 10% and is expected to reach $19.20 billion by 2027 [5]. Given its size, a wide range of data visualization platforms and products are available in the market. The platforms offer dashboards, analytics, scorecards, and business intelligence (BI) solutions to identify various data trends and patterns. In this paper, we have created a framework with a set of parameters that would help organizations evaluate their data visualization platform or product. We have discussed and compared the application of parameters over three business intelligence and visualization platforms: Power BI, Google Looker, and QlikSense.
