Prior to Sasken’s involvement, there were multiple manual interventions required in assessing the quality of paper being manufactured in their plants. By harnessing front-end and back-end technologies including React JS and .Net, along with UX competencies, Sasken provided a singular automated platform assessing the necessary parameters. The platform also provides a dashboard to showcase relevant details for critical stakeholders. Sasken’s solution has replaced their manual heavy legacy system with a robust alternative and can accelerate their production capabilities by reducing time-to-market.
