Swami is the Vice President and Head of HR, Marketing, and Communications at Sasken Technologies Ltd, where he has played various leadership roles over the last 10+ years. In his current role, he oversees human resources, marketing, and internal and investor communication. Before taking up his current responsibility, he headed the Employee Engagement & Development function and has headed Global Business Operations at Sasken. In his career spanning over three decades, Swami has worked with the Tata Group and British Telecom (BT) before joining Sasken.
